This program will be submitted to The Commission for Case Manager Certification for approval to provide board-certified case managers with12 clock hours.

CCMC Ethics credit approval is pending for this course. The CCMC Code of Professional Conduct will be referenced in this presentation.

12 CE hours for SW and RN will be applied for through certifying bodies.
