IS ALL MY FOOD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF MY TICKET?
There are several really good dining options that come included with the price of your ticket. In our opinion, those options will give you all the food you could ever want and it is really delicious (we’re not just saying that – the food is award-winning). There are specialty dining options that are available at an extra cost if you want to explore those, but you may never feel the need.
AS FAR AS MOTION SICKNESS, IS THERE A GOOD SPOT ON THE SHIP FOR ME?
Best spot is typically in the middle of the ship instead of full forward or back of the ship. Cruise lines know this and price cabin categories accordingly. Less expensive ocean-view or balcony cabins are forward and aft while those premium cabins are more mid-ship in any category.
CAN I BRING FRIENDS & FAMILY ALONG FOR THE CRUISE PART?
Absolutely! While we’ll be learning and earning credits on the 3 days at sea, there will be a lot of free time for enjoying the ship and exploring the various ports we will be stopping at. It’s a great family vacation (with GREAT babysitting/programs for the kids, which the kids are always seriously into!) or even a romantic getaway for you and your honey. We absolutely encourage families and groups to join us!
WHAT IF I WANT TO COME SOLO? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
No worries! There are several Solo Cabins on the ship so call Sara and book early. Or…There are already several people signed up for the Cruise who will not be bringing anyone with them. Norwegian will try to match you up with a roommate who you are compatible with, which has worked out extremely well in the past!
CAN I BOOK MY CRUISE DIRECTLY WITH NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES?
Only people who book via the Case Managers Cruise website and directly with Sara Kloor at Norwegian Cruise Lines will be granted access to the events during the trip (group dinners, demonstrations, giveaways, etc.). Sorry folks… there are costs that need to be covered so there will be no exceptions to this rule! (This includes spouses, kids, friends etc.)
DO WE KEEP OUR LUGGAGE WITH US, OR GIVE IT TO THE PORTER?
Similar to an airport, you will check in your large luggage and it will be delivered to your stateroom, normally by dinner the first evening. It’s wise to pack a good carry-on bag you can bring with you directly aboard. Pack a swimsuit, etc so you can board and enjoy the warm Florida sunshine early before the ship takes off!
