TARGET AUDIENCE

This program is for Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Case Managers. The course is for Intermediate to Advanced Level Practitioners.  The course is appropriate for all types of case managers such as those working in Mental Health, Hospital, Clinic, Managed Care and Workers’ Compensation.

GOAL

The goal of this program is to provide the attendees with a mixture of educational programs which will help them to advance their knowledge and illustrated how to incorporate ethical behavior into their practice.

LOCATION

All of the daily sessions will be held in the Engage Meeting Room aboard the Celebrity Equinox.

ATTIRE

Cruise ship casual is fine for our classes.  We want you to be comfortable.  Because the temperatures in the meeting room might vary, we encourage you to bring a sweater or light jacket.

GRIEVANCE POLICY

Case Management Institute seeks to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner. Please submit a written grievance to deanna@casemanagementinstitute.com. Grievances will initially be directed to the training instructor. Grievances would receive, to the best of our ability, corrective action in order to prevent further problems.

REFUND POLICY

Written notice of cancelation must be sent to abi@casemanagementinstitute.com.  If received before 11/28/19,  the payment received for the CE fee will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee.  After 11/28/19, no refunds will be given for the CE credits. This does not apply to any reservation made with Luxury Cruise Connections. We highly recommend purchasing insurance through Luxury Cruise Connections to cover any last minute emergencies.
