Join us March 28 – April 4, 2020, aboard Celebrity Equinox
for our 3rd Annual Case Managers Cruise!
We will be setting sail from Fort Lauderdale FL for 7 days of fun, networking, and of course education while cruising the Eastern Caribbean.
Enjoy the 7-day Caribbean vacation while earning continuing education credits with Celebrity Cruises. Sail to St. Thomas where you can paddle a kayak in for a unique view of the island. Sample the local cuisine and sip a tropical drink in Tortola. And relax on the beach in Nassau, an idyllic island paradise in the Bahamas. We’ll keep you entertained day and night with nightlife, award-winning restaurants, a grand casino, swimming pools, water slides, a pampering spa and so much more. Earn CE credits and have an adventure when you cruise with Case Management Institute!
Our days at sea will be spent earning 12 hours of continuing education (including the newly required CCM Ethics CE) for SW, RN, and CCM from our superb speakers. Our nights and ports of call will be spent networking, being entertained, exploring, shopping, relaxing or anything you want! Also, we will share dinners together with all of our family and friends.
Due to the limited conference room space, we have to cap the participants to the CE portion of the cruise at 40. (There is a separate $397 cost per person for the CE portion. You must indicate the number of people from your cabin attending the CE to ensure a spot) This will be on a first come first served basis according to deposit.

What’s a cruise without sun? You will have enough time to work on your tan or explore the various ports of call.
Networking at Sea
We will have plenty of fun networking opportunities where you can meet the speakers and other case managers.
This program will be submitted to The Commission for Case Manager Certification for approval to provide board-certified case managers with12 clock hours.
CCMC Ethics credit approval is pending for this course. The CCMC Code of Professional Conduct will be referenced in this presentation.
12 CE hours for SW and RN will be applied for through Wild Iris Medical Education, Inc.

In addition to the cruise costs, for each person wanting to get Continuing Education (CE) Credits (12 credit hrs.), there will be a fee of $397 (After January 28th, 2020 Registration will be $497).

**Full payment for each attendee for CE Credits. (Refunds (minus a 15% processing fee) will be given until 11/28/2019. After 11/28/2019 NO refunds. We recommend travel insurance be purchased through Luxury Cruise Connections to cover any last minute emergencies.)
